Become a top dog at TopDogHR - simple HR technology!  We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Sales Account Manager who loves technology and who will be excited about helping TopDogHR expand our client base in the fast growing field of HR software.

Responsibilities include:

  • Focus on the sales of the TopDogHR recruiting software solution
  • Execute an effective and agreed upon sales strategy, achieve the plan and agreed targets
  • Execute and follow sophisticated, documented sales process as per predefined solution sales methodology
  • Take an active role in business development through cold calls, personal meetings, and written communication, participating in professional events and trade shows
  • Build strong sales pipeline, convert leads effectively to opportunity
  • Build and maintain strong client relationship
  • Manage the sales process to the closing
  • Work closely with other TopDogHR team members

Requirements include:

  • High School diploma; college education in the field of Business, Marketing or Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales of Software and Services preferred
  • Previous experience in HR or with HR software extremely advantageous
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Result oriented
  • Sales teamwork - High degree of collaboration with multiple sales resources
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are a must
  • A passion for technology and innovation
